Kelly Sikkink, R.N., B.S.N. Assistant Administrator of Patient Services
Professional Experience:
Kelly has substantial experience in home health care; she has worked for Home Health & Hospice for over 16 years. Kelly believes in educating our staff to provide our patients with quality care in the place they call home, with a “personal touch”.

Monique Woods, R.N., B.S.N, COS-C Director of Patient Services
Professional Experience:
Monique has worked for Home Health & Hospice on and off for the last 25 years in positions such as RN Case Manager to Supervisor of Patient Services. Monique was promoted to Director of Patient Services and is responsible for overseeing the “delivery” side of patient care. All together Monique has sixteen years of home health experience and feels that home care is her true calling. Monique strives to make others jobs easier.

Mary Quarberg, R.N., M.S.N., COS-C Director of Regulations and Education
Professional Experience
Mary’s experience with Home Health & Hospice began in 1997 as an RN Case Manager in the Mondovi Branch; Mary was promoted to Supervisor of the Mondovi Branch in 1998 and in 2006 added the Supervision of the Menomonie branch. In 2008 Mary was promoted to her current role as Director. Mary oversees the areas of compliance, regulations, orientation, and education and also supervises the NP and Liaison nurses. Mary is committed to providing quality care to our patients in the place they call home. She is currently working on her Certification for Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN).

Jennifer Tomasello, R.N., B.S.N., COS-C Supervisor of Nursing
Professional Experience:
Jennifer started her employment with Home Health & Hospice in 2006 as a Triage Nurse. In 2008 Jennifer was promoted to Supervisor. Jennifer has over 22 years of nursing experience; and she and her staff strive to give quality, compassionate care to their patients every time, in the place their patients call home.

Bonnie Baskett-Harvey, B.S.W. Supervisor of Psychosocial and Spiritual Care
Professional Experience:
Bonnie began her career with Home Health & Hospice in 1998 as a home health and hospice social worker; she earned her Geriatric Care Management Certificate in 2005 and was promoted to Supervisor in 2007. Bonnie oversees the Social Work, Spiritual Care, Home Living Aide, and Volunteer Programs. Bonnie and her staff are dedicated to helping patients and their families through their life’s journey as well as supporting them through grief and loss.

Nicole Thiess, R.N., COS-C Supervisor of Rehabilitation
Professional Experience:
Nicole began her career with Home Health & Hospice over three years ago as an RN Case Manager in the Menomonie branch. Nicole was recently promoted to Supervisor and now works from our Central Office. Nicole is always thinking quality of care. Nicole and her staff always look at their patients in a holistic manner and are dedicated to providing optimum patient care in the home setting. Nicole has plans to become a Certified Hospice Nurse.

Joy Gerads, R.N., COS-C Patient Coordinator
Professional Experience:
Joy joined Home Health & Hospice in 2007 as a Branch Coordinator in the Barron office. In 2011, she took the position as Patient Coordinator and now works out of both the Barron and Menomonie offices, overseeing the needs for the patients.

Professional Experience:
In 2006, Mike joined Home Health & Hospice as a RN Case Manager. Mike has been a Patient Coordinator in the Central Office since 2011. Mike believes people do best in the environment that are most comfortable in—so he enjoys being able to keep people in the place they call home.
